Since there was a community post about this I decided to try it. I'll probably add to this list and I think of things.

-Fai is a full fledged vampire and no longer holds any magical power (Canon)
-Fai can only survive as long as Kurogane is alive. His blood is linked to Fai's (Canon)
-Fai can drink the blood of another, but if they have any magic in them it will cause him significant pain to do so (Head-canon)
-Fai can smell the blood if someone is bleeding somewhere and it will automatically activate his vampire abilities (head-canon/canon)
-Fai can distinguish between different people's blood by their smell but he hates the smell of his own blood. (head-canon)
-Fai enjoys cooking and baking and is fairly good at it. (Canon/Head-canon)
-Fai is a frequent liar, and hides the truth when feels it is in his best interest to do so (canon)
-75% of Fai's smiles are fake and aren't truly what he feels inside but the percentage of real smiles increased after Celes arc (canon/head-canon)
-Fai doesn't know much about love and all he ever wanted was to be loved by someone before he died(Canon)
